Introducing DUMAC's Deli Kiosk, an integral part of our DUMAC Kiosk Solution Series. With its vibrant and sharp graphics, the Deli Kiosk is an innovative way to present your message and grow your deli business at the same time. Now you don't have to worry about losing business due to long lines at the deli. Because the customers operate the Deli Kiosk themselves, it cuts out the "take a number" waiting effect, enabling you to capture walk-away business that normally occurs.

Using an intuitive touchscreen system, customers simply input their choices using the intuitive interface. This added convenience may also encourage your customers to increase their order size. When finished, the customer simply presses a "send order" button. The customer receives a receipt with an order number and a second ticket prints to the deli with the order preparation instructions. The deli employees receive the order, making more efficient use of their time. By eliminating the wait of a line, the customer can continue shopping in your store while their order is being prepared.

Simplicity by Design

Using NCR's accurate 7401 touchscreen, the Deli Kiosk is designed to be readable in indirect sunlight from any angle, providing maximum functionality in a minimum size. The Deli Kiosk takes up very little space with its small footprint and can handle the bumps and spills that can occur. The display, processor and printer are fully integrated, eliminating the need for additional wiring and cabinetry.

Optional Integrated Store Guide (Item Directory)

As an added option to the Deli Chef Kiosk is an interactive custom store guide and item directory. Need to know where to find baby food? How about salad dressing? Located on the Kiosk screen would be a "store directory" button which would launch the store guide application. The customer touches the first letter of the item they are looking for followed by the actual item. After selecting the desired item a store guide with item and aisle labels is displayed. The aisle where the item can be located will be called out with a blinking "zone".
